Purchased-value refunds follow the approved policy and applicable law.
CLP Relay Workspace is collaboration and workflow software operated by CLP SOFTWARE STUDIO S.R.L.; it is not a telecommunications carrier, calling plan, eSIM, or emergency service. Dedicated numbers and SMS/MMS delivery are supplied through licensed third-party carrier partners and remain subject to carrier availability, registration, and acceptable-use rules.
How communication units work
Carrier-delivered notifications consume the SMS segments they actually render. A long or Unicode message can use more than one unit.
